Bart Manufacturing’s engineering team works in parallel with clients’ in-house engineering and/or research and development groups to develop the best product concepts as we foster collaboration and information flow using modern CAD tools and online collaborative programs.
BART’s Industrial Designers provide innovative design concepts based on your ideas and requirements. Engaging Industrial Design during the conceptual phase helps to quickly define the system constraints, and allows you to see the overall product prior to it entering full engineering or production.
BART’s Industrial Design team has extensive experience creating and refining products that are aesthetically pleasing, innovative and practical. We leave nothing to chance during the design process and regularly check our concept with tests and techniques like Proof of Concept, FEA and CAD analysis, and ergonomic studies. These checks test for weaknesses in materials, appearance, operation and safety, allowing us to revise and improve the design at every step up to, and during prototype manufacturing.
Mechanical Engineers are critical members of BART’s Design team, bringing their understanding of mechanics, materials science, and structural analysis to the product design process. For a new product to be successful, it requires the involvement of Mechanical Engineers to design and test the elements to be sure the product will function as it is intended.
Bart Manufacturing was founded by a team of Hands on Fabricators and Mechanical Engineers, so we understand how critical it is to have the right set of Multi-disciplinary team of professionals working on your project. Our ME’s are proven Silicon Valley veterans and bring a breadth of industry experience from Semiconductor, Solar, Aerospace, Automotive, and High speed Automation to every project.
