Industrial Design
The Industrial Designers at BART utilize your input and requirements to create fresh design concepts. Theoretically, engaging the industrial design process early on aids in the quick determination of system limits and the viewing of the whole product prior to it going through engineering or manufacturing.
BART's Industrial Design staff has considerable expertise in creating and refining aesthetically appealing, innovative, and useful products. During the design process, we never leave anything to chance, performing tests and evaluations such as Proof of Concept, FEA, CAD analysis, and ergonomic studies on a regular basis. These examinations look for flaws in materials, appearance, function, and safety during testing to ensure that we can make changes throughout the design process up until prototype production.
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical Engineers are important members of BART's Design team, applying their knowledge of mechanics, materials science, and structural analysis to the product design process. Mechanical Engineers must participate in the design and testing of the components to ensure that the product functions as intended for a new product to be successful.
Bart Manufacturing was founded by a group of Hands-On Fabricators and Mechanical Engineers, so we know how important it is to have the appropriate mix of multi-disciplinary team members working on your task.
