As BART evolved into a complete systems provider, we determined that outsourcing machine components was too time-consuming. We couldn't locate a collaborator who'd be willing to help us with our needs at an affordable cost, as shipments were smaller and deadlines were tight.
In 2014, BART bought the assets of a machine shop and began establishing our Machining Division. This division, which is situated in our Fremont headquarters, specializes in rapid prototyping and internal support for our system builds.
This division is growing quickly, and in order to sustain its growth, this department is adding new machines, coders, and expert staff to keep up.
CNC Services:
We currently serve the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Solar, and Semiconductor Industries and are working toward gaining ISO9001 and AS9100 certifications. Installation, Setup, and Calibration of Automated Equipment (i.e. Robots, Conveyors, and Support Equipment)
